In the computer-animated comedy short Sheep Tricks two characters with very different interests stand against each other. On one hand there´s the arrogant plant collector named Henry, who travels through the country with his colourful caravan and is about to complete his precious flower collection. On the other hand is a big, fluffy sheep that has mainly one goal: to eat. The object of their desire is an extremely rare plant. However, this soon turns out to be a big surprise for both parties.

Director's Statement

The story started with the simple idea of a massive big sheep, causing a large traffic jam on a narrow, winding road up a mountain. Quickly our team came up with tons of ideas for conflicts between the sheep and our protagonist Henry. One idea was to turn the sheep into a drag queen to distract our collector. Another one was to turn the sheep into a ninja warrior colored black by exhaust fumes. But we always missed a fitting end, until we came up with something about the plant.
