The dark-skinned 11-year-old Cholo meets his fair-skinned brother Abdullah for the first time, when their father Said arrives in Zanzibar from Muscat. Although, strikingly different, the two boys enjoy a crackling chemistry.
Director's Statement
Born 1987, in Madinat Sultan Qaboos in Muscat, Oman. She graduated from Kuwait University majoring in mass communication with minor of political science. She studied courses in cinema criticism in Stockholm University in 2011. Her first film was Niqab winner of Gulf Film Festival, student competition short.
