Isolated in her one bedroom apartment, Parker spends most mornings going through withdrawals. As she waits for her drug dealing boyfriend Scott, her mind is tormented by how her life has turned out and how it should be. Now that her life is at rock bottom, Parker must decide if she has the strength to piece her life back together. How Do You Dream is a cautionary tale about breaking the cycle of negative coping habits.

Director's Statement

During my junior year in college at the University of Arizona, I had to Narcan six of my friends in one semester. At this point, most people are familiar with the opioid crisis affecting the world. The word addiction has become a buzz word. In How Do You Dream I look to explore beyond the physicality of addiction. This is an exploration into the pain we all experience through existing. My question is “how do you keep going, when you can no longer believe the lies you tell yourself?"
