First Disco is a coming of age comedy set in Ireland in 1983 that tells the story of Kelly who is beset by self consiousness when she gets new train tracks. Every adult and teenager can remember a time when they felt self conscious, whether it was feeling awkward around a first crush, lacking self confidence in general or battling something like acne. People will be able to relate to what Kelly is going through and how she digs inside to overcome the paralysis that she feels.
