As her father's retirement approaches, a student filmmaker living abroad decides to bring a story from his novel to life, in an attempt to encourage the aging father to not abandon his one last creative passion, while he enters into this new chapter in life.
Director's Statement
Baba's Next Chapter is an intimate look at the journey I took, to prevent my aging father living across the globe, from abandoning his filmmaking dream. In this process, our respective lives and pursuits, and the nature of our relationship are explored and reflected upon.
