Man in the Camo Jacket is the story of Mike Peters - an international rock star, husband, father, humanitarian, and cancer survivor who's changing the world one song at a time, one hike at a time one concert at a time.
Director's Statement
As a freshman at Las Vegas High School, I heard the song "68 Guns" by The Alarm. It was one of those rare songs that change your life. In the summer of 2012, I met Mike Peters, the songwriter, and singer of that song. We became fast friends and for the past 5 years, I've had the opportunity to document his incredible story in the film MAN IN THE CAMO JACKET - a music-packed documentary which tells the inspiring tale of his rise to stardom and ongoing battle with cancer.
