Carry On: Finding Hope in the Canyon takes viewers on a journey through Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and into one of the largest canyons on earth. Fourteen year-old Anthony Castle has a dream: to hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. There's one problem, his life-limiting illness has robbed his ability to walk. Join his quest to do the unimaginable — make the 20-mile hike to the bottom of the canyon in a wheel chair, something that has never been done before. As Anthony says, "It's not about what you can't do, it's all about you CAN DO!"

Director's Statement

We weren't sure what to expect when we met the Castle family. Here's a family faced with one of the most difficult challenges…a child with a life-limiting illness, but they coped as a village. They dreamed big with Anthony, but could they make his aspirations reality? We were thrilled to be a part of their journey to make Anthony's dream come true. When you meet Anthony, you understand their determination to support him. His positive energy is contagious. This positive spirit inspired so many hard-working volunteers to do the impossible. We hope to have captured that in this film.
